Michael brings a wealth of expertise as the former CISO at Zscaler, a pioneering company in the Security-as-a-Service space. With a decade of experience as a member of the founding team, he led Zscaler’s research team, shaped the security model, and championed their vision. Michael also played integral roles in building SPI Dynamics (acquired by HP) and iDEFENSE (acquired by VeriSign).
After Zscaler’s successful IPO in March 2018, Michael followed his passion for angel investing, establishing StoneMill Ventures. As an active investor, he supports visionary entrepreneurs who aim to disrupt crucial elements of the security ecosystem, offering both mentorship and financial backing.
